My personal branding photography clients often seek me out for one of two reasons:

• they are getting started in business and need a handful of new images to use on their website and socials profiles;

OR

• they have been in business for a while, have laid down a great foundation and are now upping the ante by getting super serious about their online presence and leveraging the power of their personal brand.

For my valued VIP client Carmen Sederino from Illuminated Story it was the later. 

Like so many business owners over the past two years, both Carmen and I went through some pretty significant shifts in our business lives.  For me it was niching down to offer personal branding photography which is the photography service that really brings so much balance and happiness to my business life.   For Carmen, it was expanding from a face to face service based business to offer online services as well.

We kept in touch during those months in Covid lockdown, each being the other’s sounding board and cheerleader as we worked towards the goals we wanted to achieve while time was on our side.

So after months creating a new online presentation coaching program it was not surprising to me when Carmen called to say she wanted to completely redo her website so it better served her brand story and the services she was now providing.  With the aim of all her marketing and promotion for online sales funnelling to her website, it really needed to be strategically designed to do the sales work for her. 

Not to mention totally represent her as the amazing entrepreneur she is!

And with that, our next shoot was inspired. 

I can’t tell you how wonderful it is when the personal branding images my clients and I create are used so effectively in marketing materials, especially on a website that is so god damn stylish!
